Default Just diagnosed Yesterday

Hi all. My first post here.

Just found out yesterday that I have MG, and started on Mestinon last night.

Chest CT next week.

Anyone here know any "natural" treatments to avoid the drugs being used?

Thanks for any replies.

Regards,

Aviator

Natural herbal remedies are simply less reliable less potent versions of the same drugs produced by pharma companies.

For many ailments that can be a good option, but for something as serious as MG, why would you take the chance.

Is there something in particular hat you are trying to avoid?

Thanks for your response.

Nothing in particular that I am trying to avoid. Since I just found out that I have MG, I'm starting research in all areas.

However, as an example, I took Crestor for many years. Side effects such as peripheral neuropathy crept in. I switched to natural supplements, lost the neuropathy, and lowered my cholesterol.

I'm just looking for answers and ideas. Sometimes the old, we've always done it this way, can be improved upon.

I know, sometimes not, also.... :-)

Thanks very much for your reply.
