Default Do/don't eat or drink!!!!

Hello,

I passed through alot of posts that is talking about things to avoid to eat that might worsen MG and thing that is helpful..also natural staff that could help along with chemical drugs to manage MG.
It will be great if we make this post like a collective one for new members "like me"

As I mentioned in my reply on my thread, I have just started researching stuff about MG.

Your comment about foods is very interesting. Here is one of my first finds.

I cannot post links yet, but check the Myasthenia Gravis Foudation of Illinois. You can Google for their address.
