Default Med Alert Devices?

I have read countless reviews and discussions about medical alert devices.

I realize some reviews are "planted", but hopefully most are real.

Most devices do about the same. I would need one for more than just around my home.

Does anyone here have personal experience with any, and why you like/dislike them?

Thanks for any replies.
