Default MG symptom question

Does anyone with mg get there words mixed up? Eg, in a sentence say the opposite word to what they actually mean? Like inside when they mean outside, up when they mean down, hot when you mean cold etc this has been happening to me quite often. I get slurred speech but this as well

Yes, it happens quite often, especially when I am tired.
