This sounds like an approach which a well-known Canadian team has been working on for some time. There is a slightly technical account of their work here Myasthenia Gravis Treated With Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation. - PubMed - NCBI. It looks very promising and I hope that it will work well for you.
