Default My Hup A experience so far

Hi everyone! I am posting this here because I am truly interested in feedback and opinion, good or bad! I stopped my mestinon a few days before and last Friday I took my first 100mcg Huperzine A, In the morning after coffee and before smoothie.

So far I am fairly impressed. Let me say that my MG is mild. I know how lucky I am with that, and I apologize for those who aren't. But mild or not, it affects me every single day. If I sat at my desk all day (which is what I do) I will still not be able to walk completely upright by 5 or 6 in the evening. The first day I was up till 10 and was still upright. I haven't been up that late since.

What I am most curious to test is this weekend. Saturday will be yardwork, as much as I can do. Will I be completely useless Sunday afternoon like usual? I cant wait to see. Thank you all for letting me share!

Sheri, I hope it works better than Mestinon for you. It is only a "helper" drug (cholinesterase inhibitor) though. It doesn't address the underlying autoimmune process.

Don't overdo it out there!
