Default Advice please

I have been seen by two neurologists who have said that they are 98% sure I have MG. Double vision and drooping eyelid going on for 1 week. I am now experiencing slight pains down my neck. I have been to the doctor he called my neurologist and told him over the phone it looks progressive. I’m trying to find out others experience does this mean then it is spreading from eyes to other parts, what can I expect?

Any help really appreciated

Dave
