Is there any connection with myasthenia and prolapse issues? Or is this just one more thing to deal with?

Hard to say if that is related to MG, other than there are muscles in that area that MG can affect! Talk to your doctor about exercises that might help. Or someone in a physical therapy dept. I hope your situation improves!
