I hope everyone doing well with MG. I am Qamar, biomedical engineer and MG patient,** I diagnosed with MG 15 years ago, I was 9 years old. first, if you had MG recently plz be strong, usually MG get better overtime( overyears) anyway here are some tips for u to improve your life quality: 1- DETOX tea, GREEN TEA at the morning 2- exercise - I know you are not strong enough to work out so drink pre-work out it will boost ur energy up ( it is safe) 3- take DIM supplement, it is good because it will reduce the estrogen level 4- reduce the fat from your food 5- DO NOT EAT nuts (pistachio, sunflower seeds...) ( I LOVE IT ). 6- be HAPPY. if you have any questions about anything. feel free to ask Last edited by Chemar; 06-21-2018 at 09:26 AM. Reason: NT Guidelines/Please see PM |
