Default Mg and pregnancy

Hello all,
I'm looking for information on MG and pregnancy. I hope to hear some personal stories as I already asked "dr google" and scary stuff comes up. I got first symptoms of MG after my son was born 5.5 years ago and got official diagnosis when he was 2 years old. That was such a horrible time in my life when I had to be seperated from my son and spend so much time in the hospital. They put me on prednisone, mestinon and imuran and IVIG every 4 weeks. Fast forward to now, I don't take prednisone for 2 years now, Mestinon only in the morning, still on Imuran and IVIG. I'm feeling good most of the time and for some time now I dream about having another child. Of course I'm scared how it will affect me, my MG and how the meds I take will affect the pregnancy and baby.
Does anybody have any experience or knows somebody who got pregnant and had healthy pregnancy and healthy baby while having MG and didn't get worse after birth?? I'm so lost... so hard to make a decision.... as you hope for the best but at the same time you are scared to death that the worst may happen and my 5 year old again won't have a well functioning mother that he has right now.... and I will need full time help again not only for my son, potential baby but also myself.... I was not able to take care of my baby for first 2 years of his life but when he was close to 3 years old I started getting my strength back due to meds and infusions so I'm trying to make up for that lost time now....
Thank you for sharing all advise you may have and your point of view my MG friends!
XoXo.
Monika
