Some people are okay with lidocaine, some are not!
Any of the "caines" can make MG worse. Have you used any of them before? Dental anesthesia: Overview of injectable agents useful for nonsurgical periodontal therapy - Registered Dental Hygienist You can ask a dentist (if that's why you asked) to use a smaller amount at first to see how things go.
