Default Antibodies positive for MG

Hi new to the forum.

I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes in November 2017. I went keto and sorted that out.

A weeks before Christmas 2018 my jaw stopped working and couldn't speak or eat without supporting it.

I had a generalized weakness which I never mentioned because everyone jumps on the diet.

Yesterday the neuro told me antibodies positive and I have started steroids and a raft of other stuff today. Last Friday I had a diabetic retinopathy exam, since then I have had raging double vision.

I have no trouble with swallowing or breathing so far. My biggest challenge for now is trying to keep blood sugars and weight within acceptable levels.

I am in the north west of the UK.

Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
