Hi OneWayTrippe

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

I have no personal experience of MG so can't say anything helpful about Pyridostigmine/Mestinon. However, I am sure that other members will be able to offer you good ideas.

The Search function (https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php) could also help. You can use it to find topics here which might help you.

All the best.
