Default IgG blood levels/Rituximab

One year on IgG for MG. I am also on Cellcept & Mestinon. My IgG blood level is 2099. I was told by a nurse friend of mine that I needed a course of Rituximab. Has anyone ever taken this and what was the theory behind it?
