Default Vibrating Sensation

This is another topic on the same subject I just posted. I have begun vibrating. It was like my presenting symptom before I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. My MM was treated and is in remission. Just had a PET scan and it is negative. My IgG is 2099. I mentioned this to my neurologist and he brushed me off. One of my nurse friends mentioned Rituximab. He explained it "resets" the body in that the body stops absorbing the IgG leaving your serum IgG elevated why not controlling symptoms. Something is going on. I am not anxious. This feels totally neurological at a cellular level. Anyone else have some input? Thanks!

Rituximab is a humanised monoclonal antibody which is specific for a protein called CD20.

CD20 is found on the surfaces of many mature B cells. Because of this Rituximab can be used to treat B cell cancers (sometimes including multiple myeloma) as well as B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases like SLE and rheumatoid arthritis.

This may have been what your nurse friend was alluding to.
