Print out an ADA form and ask your doctor to fill out. This seems like a reasonable accommodation especially if there's no handbook outlining a specific dress code. Documentation is key, but that's what I would do. You have an autoimmune condition and you're trying to protect yourself, I don't blame you for being OCD. I'm slightly OCD because I know how disgusting people can be. Keep your head up.
