Your Dr should be able to advise for your specific case..
But here are some google search results -
vaccine - Moderna or Pfizer - contraindicated for those with Myasthenia Gravis - Google Search

Default Covid 19 Vaccine & MG

Hi, I am a 15 year thymus carcinoma mg survivor, taking mycophenolate motef, pyridostigmine and prednisone. I recently took my first Pfizer vaccine (6 days ago) did well until that night. Had a vomit spell in middle of night, lethargic the following day. Next day back to normal. A little apprehensive about next shot. Looking to find cause of throwing up. Thinking there could have been a
contraindication in medications. My neuro had suggested that I take whichever vaccine I was offered. Hope this was helpful, stay safe.

Hi Selina

Welcome to NeuroTalk .

As far vaccines are concerned, which I have taken from the search from Jomar, the general advice is to avoid a vaccine made using a live virus as well as if you have any allergies to vaccines and (obviously) check with your doctor first.

Best wishes.

Everything I have seen says that the covid vaccines are NOT made with live virus.

Hi everyone,
I have known two people that have gotten the second set of vaccine and both people had flu like symptoms. One person the symptoms lasted 24 hours for them and the second person it lasted four days for them. And as far as the vaccine being alive or dead it is a dead virus.

Thanks to everyone who was brave enough to move forward with the vaccine. Now, I feel a bit more comfortable in making my decision.
