at 15 going on 16 i'm just wondering is there any types of food i should be avioding? i'm already wheelchair dependant and i'm piling on the weight fast. plus im having trouble eating at the moment. everytime i eat i get pains in my stomach and feel sick. is there any particular foods i should be eating more of. or even drinks?
