I'm so glad that you went gluten free
I am gluten free 100% for the last 6 months, before that I was just trying to avoid it, I did that for about a year. This was why I was able to go off the mestinon. I got so much more energy that I could get by without it. I strongly believe that alot of people that have fatigue problems should try a gluten free diet. Gluten is bad for everyone. A good book to read is called Dangerous Grains, I don't remember the author, it was in my local library. Give it a read. Isn't it great that you can do something as little as changing your diet, and you feel better for it. If you need baking help I have some great recieps. Take care, Patricia |
