Well, my Mom and my Sister are headed home after a looooong 4 day visit. Mind you, I loved having them, but having all of the kids and the grandkids over every day, plus all of the extra driving I had to do when they were here, just about did me in. I just went to Walmart to pick up something I needed, didn't think I'd need one of the electric carts, and boy, did I start to feel it. By the time I was done, I was barely dragging, and had a LOT of pain in my right thigh. That muscle seems to tense up and ache when it gets fatigued. It's also the one that tends to give out when I've overdone it and start to get the rubber leg thing.
Does anyone else experience that muscle tightness and aching in fatigued muscles?
