Should be interesting, Lizzie! I'll be waiting for your post about the results. I've wondered if it would be worth my while, plus the expense, of asking my doctor to refer me for a sleep study. So many of us have sleep apnea, and I thing I choke on my spit occasionally while asleep, too.
