I just noticed you live in Stamford. My husband went there last Easter for a short break and loved it! We both agreed it was the perfect balance. I live in a small Border town called Duns in Scotland. It's a short drive from Berwick-upon-Tweed in England. Glad to hear everything is good with you. I've been great lately too - gradually weaning off my steriods. I'm down to 45 mg every second day. Can't wait to hopefully be done with them completely. I'm going to go for a quick walk soon - it's a beautiful day here!

sounds like your doing well and good luck with comming off the steriods that must help knowing your part of the way.
Stamfords quite nice i come from Jarrow i always say Newcastle tho as no one knows of jarrow ioften go back its great when everyone talks the same!!! love Holly Island Alnwick walking is good i'm trying to do more of it and less worrying
