Hi Nicky,

That took a year at least, the Mestinon manages it. We were still noticing the marble-mouth a bit during my march break trip this year.

My palate was trimmed by an ENT years ago as part of a surgical treatment for sleep apnea, so the scar tissue keeps it in place rather then the muscle tissue under it and I don't normally have trouble with that.
