Default How are you feeling?

Alan,

How are you feeling today? Things have been busy and hectic, but fun here! I wish I was in England right now - my MG loves the cold!

I just wanted to check in and see how you are feeling........When you get some time let me know how you are!

Take care!
Erin

Thumbs up That sounds great!

Alan,

I hope it cools off soon so I can start walking again! Texas has gotten cooler, but not cool enough for that! My face swells to double it's normal size on the heat! I have to keep my house @ 70 degrees or I am miserable! It used to drive my hubby crazy but now he's used to it - now if we could only get used to the ENORMOUS bills............

I am taking it easy this weekend! I am loving it! I have spent the whole day in bed watching movies and reading. The old me simply could not have done it, but I am getting used to it.........

Take care and have a GREAT week! try and soak in some epsom salts to get rid of your aches and pains........

Erin

Hi Alan,

sorry to hear you're feeling poorly, I hope the rest helps.

I'm from West Australia, and at the moment we are having warm(not yet hot as its not over 30C) humid weather. My MG really hates hot weather, but loathes humid weather. I've been trying to take it easy, but its frustrating because I want to do so much.
I'm going in for an IVIG on Friday so hope this will help some.

take care

Default Hello!

Hi Alan! No, we never get snow here - the last time was 89 or 88, I believe. The whole city shuts down if there is ice on the road. I used to hate the cold, but now I love it! It should around 45 tonight, so I'm sleeping with my windows OPEN! YAY!

We do have history here, but nothing like you guys have!

I am so happy your daughter is coming down! I bet you guys will have a blast! I don'tknow what I'll do if my son moves from SA - I just love having him around! He's my only child, so I guess I"m kind of clingy.....you know how mom's are!

I left work early today - all the boxes I've been moving have really messed up my back! On the positive side, my hubby's office looks GREAT!

Take care and let me know how you are doing!

I love hearing from you!
Erin

Default Hey Kate!

Hello Kate! My MG hates the humidity, too! Does your face swell up? Mine gets twice the size in the heat!

I love the pictures you've been sending! I've got them posted on the neurotalk website! I hope you don't mind! Have you ever thought about being a photographer? You take such lovely pictures! Mine are always awful!

I am SO GLAD to hear you're going in for IV IG! You are going to feel GREAT!!!!!

I left work early today - I messed up my back carrying boxes around, but when I feel good it's so hard to not overdo it, you know?

Gotta go and get ready for my MG meeting tonight!

Take care
Erin

Hi Alan!

You know how mom's are! My son asked me when I was going to stop calling him my "baby" - how about NEVER!

He IS my baby - regardless of his age! I know I drive him crazy, but he does like being babied! (So does my hubby)

MG stinks, but it really could be a lot worse! We could have cancer, MS or a hundred other things wring with us - I just have to keep thinking positive! That's the only way to go for me! I don't want to end up bitter and lonely........

What did you help your ex boss with? I'm married to my boss - the only thing that stinks is that I can't call in sick if I'm not! LOL

Take care!
Erin
