Unhappy Weird news from my pulm.....

Hello all!

Saw my pulm today. Apparently I still have probs with my lungs......new
grey areas are showing up on the cat scan......he thinks I have another
autoimmune disease in addition to my MG and it is affecting my lungs......

Has anyone else heard this? I know my lungs are great. The biopsy in
April went just fine. I have the lungs of a 12 yr. old. The areas on my lungs have not affected my breathing in any way, but I am still scared.

I see my neuro tomorrow - am still hoping he'll reduce my roids.........60
is just sooooo high! My face is huge, but I do have tons of energy!

What a bad, bad day.........sigh.

Sorry to hear that Erin. Has your pulm given you some kind of idea what the other autoimmune disease is?

Good luck with your neuro.

Chin up, it will all work out in the end... just another bump in the road.

Ugh, that sucks. I have no idea what that could be : / I do know that EVERY time I see my neuro she asks me if I'm having anything extra. She says that most times, autoimmune diseases come in two's.

When they found out what's going on, let us know. Sorry you're having more come up :*(

Thumbs up Hey Brian!

He did mention Lupus?!? WHT! I was shocked! Absolutely shocked! It really threw me for a loop! I had no idea that yesterday was gonna be so weird......If I had been a betting woman, I would have bet anything that he was gonna give me great news.........sigh........

I go back in for more catscans, as well as breathing tests, so I should know more really soon!

I did get my xaxax refilled yesterday and actually took them, so that did take the edge off.........

How are YOU feeling?
