Lois,
I also have a problem with dry eyes. My opthomologist told me my problem is an "incomplete blink", plus I also sleep with eyes half open. According to my mother, I always have slept with my eyes half mast, not fully closed.

So, I don't think I blink less than a "normal" person. I just don't blink as well.
