Shocked Completely Off Topic:Added Info on posting graphics

Way back when I first joined, and there was only about 3 or 4 of us, I was under my old name GodDreamer, neurotalk use to have a thing where we could change the skins. Does anyone know what happened, and why that isn't so anymore. It was fun to be able to change the colors and such.
Just wondering.
Love Lizzie
