wow Melissa

You are unbelievable...I couldn't even conceive how you accomplished so much with 2 toddlers after such an invasive procedure....so glad the pain is over for you, & pray for your remission....wish you the best, hang in there....

Thanks for the information! I went to Maryland for a second opinion a week ago..I have been having a rough go of it for about 6 weeks straight! ....looks like I will be having a thymectomy after I get all of my symptoms under control. (Hopefully within 6 months). Hopefully, the surgeon will be able to go through my lung cavity and not through the sternum. I have had to change my eating habits drastically too.:winky:....No caffeine and strictly following the healthy heart diet....hey, so far I have lost 4 pounds:D....

The doc and surgeon were so knowledgeable about MG. I was really impressed and I have a better outlook on all of this now. The doc is going to work with my neurologist down here.

I go into the hospital on Friday for another 4 day IVIG treatment and then have IVIG every 4 weeks after that.
