Default recipes for easy to swallow food

Hi,

Ive been a bit busy on here today, for which I will probably suffer tomorrow.

Having a few problems in the chewing and swallowing department. So does anybody have any decent recipes for stuff to eat when its like this. Ive had a smoothy which went down fine although I say that, it wasnt fine stuck in the back of my throat lots of coughing to clear it.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated, especially any to do with copious amounts of chocolate! LOL!

Love
Rach

LOL Rach.. To be honest when it comes to having trouble swallowing, and I know this is most likely wrong.. but.. I eat hard things like pretzels and chips and meat and swallow cold water. The softer the food the harder for me to swallow.

My best friends when I can't swallow well are a pressure cooker & baby food mill.
Pressure cookers cook fast & help retain a lot of vitamins.
My mom, dh or I would make fabulous stews in the pressure cooker, everything comes out so tender.

If it still needed more smoothness to it, a baby food mill makes everything a wonderfully gross looking, but easy to swallow mess.
