Redtail,
How did you know ! No sleep here last night, tossing turning, & pain ! The muscle biopsy is the culprit, those upper leg muscles are used for everything, getting to the bathroom, has me spouting a new language, all 4 letter words ! lol....... I just have to try & keep my leg elevated, & as Kristie wrote ice it.
This morning I am still good with the Cipro, & have done good with tylenol w/ codiene, tummy is a little upset, with the codiene, I will probably stop using that as soon as I can & switch to just tylenol.

Thank you all !
Mary

Hey Mary,

Sorry to hear you didn't get any sleep. Do you have a name for this new language of yours. LOL I hope you have a better day today. Does it help to take the pain med with food? That upsets my stomach too and makes me dizzy. Take it easy and stay off your feet as much as possible. Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight. Take care.

Hugs,
Pat

Mary, Those biopsies really hurt. I'm glad yours is over and now all that's left is the pain and the waiting, which is probably more painful!

When they cut into you like that, you get nerve damage. If you take some sublingual methylcobalamin for a few months, it will help with the healing. It's vitamin B12 that you put under your tongue and it absorbs directly into the bloodstream.

I hope you recover well. Please take it easy, it does take awhile to recover.

Annie

Default Ouch

Ow when I had my biopsy it was in the arm. I cant imagine having it in the leg in more than one spot. I am sorry. I hope the Cipro does not make you weak, it does me. Good luck and rest. I hope you feel better soon.
