Hey there! Just checking in to see how you are doing today....sounds like you've got all bases covered! That is AWESOME considering you are still a "newbie" to MG.

You are so right - pacing yourslef is so imporant. It makes a huge difference in your quality of life - one day of overdoing it, and you MAY pay the price for several days! GRanted, our disease is called the "snowflake" disease b/c everyone suffers differently from it, but it sounds like you've got in well in hand!
