I get this often too. I told my husband yesterday I was going to invent a chin strap with a heating pad. My jaws can ache or be excruciating at times. I'm being tested for Sjogren's also, so the glands there get inflammed and are painful. Is anything else fatigued at the same time, like your neck and arms? Mine usually happens as a group.

Yes, my neck, shoulders, and arms are all fatigued right now and have been for a couple of weeks. Thought maybe I was spending too much time on the computer but not really sure that it makes a difference since I didn't spend any time this a.m. on and I'm still in pain.
Just don't know what is MG, fibro, or migraine. They all just kind of blend together in symptoms. |

Hi,
When I get that pain and weakness in my neck and shoulders, it can take a few days of rest before it feels better or goes away...no sitting at the computer at all. One morning off the computer may not have been long enough, especially since you've had it for a couple of weeks. Just a thought. Hope you feel better soon. Take care.
