Frown Numbness in hand, arm and top of foot! HELP

2 weeks ago I noticed the top of my left foot, left shin, top of left hand and some on my left arm and my top lip were numb. Not tingling, just at the stage when if feels like it is going to sleep.

When I lay down at night, it does away, then it comes back when I get up. It moves around too. Sometimes it is my bottom lip, and my hand is OK but the top of my foot is numb. Other times it is my hand, arm and shin.

I am vegan and I did forget to take my B12 for a week but I have been doubling up now. I used to sit on my foot all the time when I was at my computer so at first I thought it was that but since it is my hand too, that blows that theory out of the water.

I don't have health insurance so I can't just go into a neurologist.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks
