Hi there! I was wondering if anyone here can help me~ I had a nerve block injection in my ankle 8 days ago to numb my foot so that I could receive cortisone shots for Plantar Facitis & heel spur. My foot is still numb from heel to the big toe on the inside bottom of my foot. Also, if I bend my ankle forward, pain shoots up to the backside of my knee. Could this be nerve damage??? I don't go back to see my doc for another week.
Thanks for you help! ~Twyla |
