My back muscles were damaged and my shoulders hang too low and pull down on my spine. I already have a plate in my neck and a previous herniated thoracic disc so it is pretty miserable. Does anyone know about muscle regeneration, or some type of shoulder harness you can wear in the meantime? I was a classical guitar student, so it has been really disappointing.

Lily,
I don't really know enough to help you, but am sorry that you are having so much trouble. You must be so talented! There isn't anything much sweeter than classical guitar. You might want to do a search for Braintalk Communities. It is the original forum that broke down and this one was formed. The original is not nearly as active as it once was, but it has more conditions to post under, and the neuromuscular forum is more active there. I just looked it up for you, http://brain.hastypastry.net Take care, Last edited by mamafigure; 04-02-2007 at 06:47 AM. Reason: added address |
