Frown Help!!! confused and in constant pain!!!

Hello! I came to this forum hoping to get some answers on what's going on with me. Just a little about myself- I am 20 year old male.I was, and am still trying to be an avid weightlifter. I like playing sports such as basketball and seem to be fairly athletic and activeall my life. I am currently a college student in engineering school hoping to get a good job upon graduation. Sorry about the long story, just a little confused.

To start off with, my symptoms started abruptly on September 3rd, 2013. I was going for my daily weightlifting workout, the only thing different was that I changed my pre-workout supplement that I was previously using for three months to a newer, supposedly better one. Within 20 min of consuming it, I was overcome with body-wide twitching, shortness of breath, constipation, brain fog, a pulsating headache at the temples and back of head(not a regular headache at all, nausea to the point of gagging myself trying to throw up, and also heart palpitations. My friends took me to the emergency room and they gave me a thorough workup and said it was just the supplement and not to take it again. I woke up the next morning with all the same symptoms, except that I was overcome with the most extreme fatigue of my life, it literally felt like I was holding my breath the whole night and when I woke up still couldn't take a deep breath in. These symptoms, along with jaw pain that was formed about two days after the incident did not go away for the next two weeks. After two weeks passed, the only thing that changed was the constipation, heart palpitations, and nausea. When I still wasn't feeling well after a month (still muscle twitching and everything else mentioned) I went to a GP were I was tested for everything she could think of, then resulted in sending me to a neurologist since my CK levels were a bit elevated. I tried lifting weights two months after the incident, but would get overwhelmed with shortness of breath, muscle fatigue and those terrible headaches intensified. My symptoms were so bad that I literally would go to class and immediately sleep right after until my next class and continue the routine. All these symptoms continued to pursue all the way until the end of the semester in December, which was when my neurologist appointment was scheduled. He tested me for everything, CK normal, CT scan normal, nerve conduction normal, Vitamin D abnormal. He told me to take 2000 mg vitamin D daily, to get more sunlight, and to see him in 6 months. I went home during the break and wanted to see if I could try and be active again. I played basketball for three days straight and felt no fatigue. All my symptoms improved during the break, not sleeping all day, headaches practically diminished, minimal jaw pain, no dizziness, everything, everything except the muscle twitching. This is when I had the bright idea of using marijuana to see if that would help it. Me and three other friends started smoking it when I accidentally swallowed the smoke- twice. I immediately felt nauseated, out of breath, and tingling sensations all over. The next day I woke up extremely sore in all of my muscles, back pain, severely nauseated, burning muscles, and a lump in my throat sensation. These symptoms intensified over the next month and forced me to withdrawal from school. I have since seen a gastro and a neuro and a rhuemy. Gastro diagnosed me with Barrett's, which I think is absurd cause I have no symptoms prior. Also with IBS, which I think is kind of out there too. Other neuro and rhuemy said they couldn't find anything either. Also went to a neuromuscular where he thought I had a metabolic myopathy, which I am skeptical about since I have no muscle fatigue and how it all started. I told my neuro and gastro about the marijuana usage but said it would have already been out of my system by now(told them in April). It is now almost six months after I have smoked that nasty stuff and my symptoms at the time include: a gurgling stomach, now very dim feeling of lump in throat, touch sensitivity, burning muscles, stinging prickly feeling on arms and legs, undigested stool, small headaches, buzzing feeling in hands, intense muscle twitching, limbs go numb easily. The weird thing is I could lift weights and run and still feel fine, it's when I stop when the pain begins. I also have no weakness or muscle fatigue, as well as no fatigue in general, and also feel no soreness what so ever, ever since I began weightlifting two weeks ago. Tested for pretty much all autoimmune diseases and also had an MRI of spine and head. Just want to get better and move on with my life, hopefully sooner than later

P.S. I had a friend take the pre-workout supplement with no reactions
