Default Unidentified Demylinating Disease

I have completed a battery of tests that show the following results.

My doctors have yet to classify the illness affecting me.

My latest MRI shows a non-specific change/area in my occipital lobe that conforms to no known illness or disease. This development follows the following tests.

My question is should I be concerned with regards to the results below and the findings of the MRI?

Thank you

Test. Result. Finding
MRI. Positive. Cranial Nerves
Exam. Positive. Weakness, Hyper-reflexes
Evoked POT. Positive. CNS Lesion
Barium Test. Positive. Swallowing Disorder
Spinal Fluid.Positive. High Protein
Serum. Positive. Abnormal Immune
EMG. Positive. Central & Peripheral
Serum. Positive. Nuero Filaments
Human Struct.Positive. High IGG & IGG synthesis

All other tests negative
