Default lumbar radiculopathy

i have lumbar radiculopathy in my mid back for which i take lyrica 75 mg. 2-3 times a day. the nerve pain is horrendous without lyrica. are there any other treatments for this? would love to get off lyrica. heard of injections in the spine but they don't last long. can anyone help me?

I received a steroid injection to help with L5 radiculopathy which so far has helped and even if it's temporary, I'll take each pain-free day as they come. I pray you find some relief.
