Default Whole Spinal Spasms?

So, my latest symptom is now whole spinal spasms. I will feel the horrible pain in my lumbar just like it gets before I get the Electric Shock zap that then drops me to the floor when.....my lumbar goes into spasm then I feel it work its way up my back to my cervical area. My neck tightens and my tendons on the sides of my neck flare out and then I feel like I've been dropped in a deep freezer. I clench my teeth and literally can't talk or really move. This lasts about 2 minutes then my neck slowly starts to relax and my jaw loosens...

???
