Default Positive ganglioside antibodies?

I'm being evaluated for the possibility of MMN, as well as a few other potential issues such as GBS or motor neuron disease. I've had slowly progressive weakness for two years now, and MS has been ruled out for now. I had an EMG/NCV a year ago which was mildly abnormal but no one ever made a fuss about it.

After moving to a new city and a mess of referrals to some awesome specialists, I'm having the EMG re-done in a few days. I also had a ton more blood work which came out normal except for low creatine and positive for several antibodies...so, I was wondering if any of you have had similar results?

The lab denoted a normal reference range as 0-50 IV. I was 96 for GM1, 99 for GD1A, and 107 for GD1B, all of which are positive/strong positive results for these antibodies. I know you can see these results on occasion for things like MMN or GBS (which, to be honest, would be a fine diagnosis right now because of it's treat ability), but why on earth did I test positive for multiple ones? I can't seem to find much info on the web.

I know my doc will tell me his opinion on Monday, but I am so incredibly anxious right now and just want this diagnostic journey to finally be over (hopefully).

Thank you for your time!
