Default electric shock in the calf muscle

Guys I need your experience since I have this problem in both my lower legs under the calf muscle since every time i go running the very first 2-5 minutes I get and electric shock in the area of my calf muscle and from there on it makes me not being able to walk proberly, and I have pain for the next 10 days.
Anyone has any experience with this kind of problem or any advice since some of the doctors i have seen nobody could help me.
