We do need to be our own doctors more and more. It is so frustrating to turn to them in desperate need and trust them your previous health, and at the end not to have any help at all..
It seems as if any one could be a doctor nowadays - with the help of computer.

I saw you have mentioned grape seed extract before. Do you mind explaining what it helps you with, what kind you buy and how much you take?
