Exclamation New User- Facial/Tongue Tremors; Anxiety

Here are my symptoms- I seem to have no control over the muscles around my lips, and my tongue; it is very difficult to speak whenever these symptoms are present. It does not happen often, but when it does I am paralyzed when I have to speak to someone, either in person or over the phone. This even occurs when I talk with loved ones (parents, wife, children, even close friends) I am very upset about this, I don't know if I have a social phobia or not, but these symptoms led me to this forum in search of help.support/someone to talk to; anything!!! When this happens it lasts for approx. 3 weeks then goes as quick as it comes. I welcome any responses to this post. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
