I just joined, and I am having trouble with inhalants. I posted there, but I don't think it went through. I am 66...never had this before. Crazy?

Have been treated for depression for 39 years.

Default Welcome

Hi Nita,

Your post got through. The forum is large, so don't worry if it takes you time to find your way around. I'm still struggling to figure it all out. Anyway, if you need help, just ask. The people here are friendly and helpful.

Welcome!

Have been treated for depression for 39 years.

I, too, have had problems with addiction and have been under treatment for depression for about 35-40 years. I am familiar with inhalants but have not been addicted to them. However, my husband was, and I understand the great severity of the problem. Can you enter a treatment center? Please send me a private message if you can, and I will answer. I hear you. billie

I am not having problems with inhalants but am familiar with them and have known people with severe addictions. I have been addicted to both street drugs and pharmaceuticals and have been treated for depression for 35-40 years. I think that, often, depression and addiction go together. Not in everyone, of course, but in many of us. What type of inhalents are you having trouble with? Can you get into a treatment center. PM me if you can. I am having trouble with sending private messages, but no trouble receiving them. Caring About You - billie

Or do you mean that you have become allergic to inhalents. I may have sent you the wrong message! Still Caring About You - billie
