Default HELP! Scared...Surgery today diagnosed yesterday

Hi all, looking for help. I had a 7 month headache (1st ever) treated as sinus infection that 5 antibiotics didn't help. After fighting to see Nuerologist finally did yesterday and had a MRI and infusion therapy.....then the call. Waiting for call now as Dr said we need to do immediate surgery on unruptured anuerysm. I don't know much yet, size location or anything, just that I had to go back for MRA last night to get better pictures. What good news can anyone give me? Dr mentioned coil treatment but don't know for sure.
Thanks and please give me GOOD news.
