Default Hello

I would like to be a member of this brave group who are living with rsd and crps. I have had these burdens for many years-suffered and learned what I could. I don't know how to use this medium very well. I am having trouble learning how to send messages, post or understand threads. Am I finally on the right page? Any help would be most welcome! Thanks for being here and thanks in advance for any hints on this website.

Default Welcome

Hi Raven,

I have a brain boo boo so I understand what you mean about the forum being large and a little dificult to navigate at first. The main thing is not to worry about it. Ask for help when you need it and post things the best you can - nobody here is going to blast you over a "mistake." Just jump in: the water's warm and there are no sharks in this pool.

Besides, we Canucks have to stick together.

Cheers
