Default son is very ill

My son had 5 concussions in 14 months. I am very worried about him. Since July 14 he has had very odd behavior. He was diagnosed: bipolar then schitzoaffective disorder, now they believe that it is an organic cause for the behavior. By listing the above disorders you can only imagine what he has gone through.
I am so worried. He is only 19 years old. Now all he says is that he wants to go to heaven to be with his father. Do you have any suggestions, ideas, assistance, words of kindness anything that will send us in the right direction....
