Confused Hello There....

I have just joined this minute. Actually, I was trying to instal a plug in on my computer and this website came on. Someone was asking the same question so I joined to read the answer, was accepted and when I tried to read the response it had disappeared.

Not having reading the site in depth (which I will do later when I return) I notice it is about Mental Health, something that I am actually well acquainted with having a schizophrenic son.

Anyway, more about that later, at the moment I have to go out and I am partially through this plug in thingy which I know absolutely nothing about because when these contraptions came on the market I was breeding and frying chips not inserting them into little metal holes. I am desperate, I need to know how to temporarily disable my firefox so that this plug in will work. Will someone please help me out

Thank you,

Granny.
