Default pinched nerve symptoms

Help Help Help..... My daughter is experiencing buzzing and light headness, and a pulsing in the back of her neck. She feels shaky. She has 4 kids and is scared, Whats going on.....WE think its a pinched nerve, but not sure. Please help us.
