Confused Horners Syndrome

I had a three level anterior cervical discetomy with fusion 2 weeks ago. My right eye is still very droopy and does not dialate. My doctor continues to say it will get better and eventually go away on its on. I have doubts and each day I see no improvement!! Please share if you have experienced this.
